AERIN falls for leopard

I couldn't love leopard print any more at the moment, and I'm so psyched to see that AERIN has a line of amazing leopard accessories!

Whilst a little out of my current budget, this leather and leopard pony handle bag is on point.

These leopard print flats keep appearing in my dreams.

AERIN Embroidered Suede Collection

This was quite possibly the chicest email that landed in my inbox this week - and I can't stop thinking about these gorgeous flats! AERIN's new Embroidered Suede collection features this fantastic suede ballet pumps with embroidered floral motif and a great grosgrain ankle strap. Hand made in Italy, the quality and finish is second to none.

And it doesn't end there! The embroidered suede boot is also terribly chic, and would look great with a pair of skinny jeans and a cute dress alike.

Marbelized Ceramics at AERIN

I'm in a refresh mood at the moment, and August will be spent redoing my home office. These marbelized ceramic items from AERIN have caught my eye- they would be the perfect accessory for some new shelves that are coming my way!

I love to try out new fragrances, but there are always a core set of bottles that I always return to. With one used daily, another for nighttime and the other for special occasions, here are my favourite fragrances.

Developed by Neue Galerie New York Director Renée Price, in collaboration with
AERIN Creative Director and Founder Aerin Lauder, the exclusive set is inspired by Gustav Klimt, an artist who defined the allure of fin-de-siècle Vienna with his seductive portraits of society women, in particular his sensuous portrait Adele Bloch-Bauer I from 1907. The painting, which was acquired by the Neue Galerie in 2006, is the centerpiece of the museum collection, as well as the subject of a compelling new historical drama, "Woman in Gold," starring Helen Mirren and Ryan Reynolds.

The exclusive AERIN Rose Balm Lipstick Set will feature two AERIN Rose Balm Lipsticks that complement the portrait. Liebling, a top-selling AERIN shade, evokes the warm blush tones in Adele’s lips and cheeks, and Sequin, a Neue Galerie exclusive, glows with a golden shimmer that captures the radiance of the painting.

Blue is one of my favourite colours, and I am loving the new blue shagreen home collection from AERIN!

It's calming hue would make these pieces perfect for your bedroom, and a great conversation piece whilst entertaining friends.

AERIN launches new Rose de Grasse fragrance

I love the fragrances available from AERIN and am really excited by the announcement of the new Rose de Grasse perfume.

Rose de Grasse is the first perfum of the Premier Collection and is a modern interpretation of AERIN's signature flower, the rose. Three roses- Rose Centifolia, Rose Otto Bulgarian and Rose Absolute are blended together, and finished with the softness of Violet Wood, Ambrox and Musk.

The striking bottle is in a white satin, porcelain like design decorated with braided gold ribbon and a golden plaque. The display box features an embossed AERIN for Lee Jofa Noyak print which is equally as chic.

Rose de Grasse will be available at select retailers and online from later this month and retails for $185 for 50ml.

Morning Routine

Each of us has a morning routine that hopefully helps us to face the day ahead with a smile!

So how do I start my day? 

Before I leave my bed, I reach for my iPad and check my emails and social network notifications. I know some people would rap me on the wrist for admitting this, but these ten minutes allow me to start my day on top form and get ready to be productive.

Then the regime begins! For my face, I use my Clarisonic three to four times a week, and my skin instantly looks brighter after it has completed the quick two minute cycle. On other days I'll use a gentle cleanser like Simple's Facial Wash Gel. I tone my skin with Clinique's Clarifying Lotion 2 and use a moisturiser like AHAVA's Essential Day Moisturizer or the classic Hydrating Gel Cream from Bobbi Brown.

After I've brushed my teeth, washed my hair and showered, I use a thick body lotion like Neutrogena's Moisture Wrap to keep my skin hydrated all day long. If I'm heading to work then I'll straighten my hair, otherwise I keep it natural and let it do its own thing!

I've featured my beauty products before,  but my three favourite fragrances currently on rotation are Tory Burch, Coach's Poppy and this great set of mini scents from AERIN.

After this I'll get dressed and have a light breakfast before taking the day on!

I'm loving AERIN's new Fall arrivals- particularly in the shoe section! I love to purchase a new pair of boots when the weather starts to get colder, and the Danielle and Lacy models pictured above are at the top of my list!

Instagram is one of my favourite apps and it always provides the perfect blend of escapism and fun. I try and upload several snaps a week, and I love checking out what my friends and favourite bloggers, designers and celebs have been up to. My top 10 favourite fashion Instagrammers are...

Blair Ritchey- Blair is an incredibly talented designer (and has been featured on Political Style in the past!) Her Instagram provides a snapshot into her design process, her studio and her fabulously stylish life in Ohio.

Tommy Hilfiger- for a daily dose of preppiness and all American cool I turn to TH.

AERIN- I'm a huge fan of EVERYTHING Aerin. Basically I want to live her life and be as cool as her!

LStevensonPR- Lauren Stevenson is the Head of PR and Communications for Harrods. I love her daily outfit snapshots and look to her for fashion inspiration for work and play!

AnnaEleriHart- Anna is the mighty cool force behind South Molton Street Style plus she is 45% Welsh! Her Instagram is super cute and features many cameos from her sweet dog, Lopez!

VestiaireCo- For a fun fashion break and updates on the latest stock, I love to pay Vestiaire a visit.

If you're like me, the chances are you love to try new beauty products. Step in AERIN- my new favourite! AERIN is the brainchild of Aerin Lauder, the granddaughter of the legendary Estee Lauder.  It's a global lifestyle brand inspired by the signature style of its founder, and includes footwear, clothing and items for the home. ( You may remember I wrote about Aerin's Beauty at Home publication a few months ago- it's an amazing book! )

In the beauty range I swear by the Rose Lip Conditioner. It contains intensive skin conditioners and a soft rose scent. I use it overnight to make sure my lips are perfect for the new day! Another great product is the Fresh Skin Compact Foundation which doubles as a concealer, providing seamless coverage.

On a recent trip I picked up a pot of the newly released Rose Balm. Crafted with an extract from over 350 rose petals, the pure-flower based balm soothes and deeply moisturises. It can be used on hands and cuticles, the face, eyes and lips. It is truly multi-functional! I was also given a sample of the hand and body cream- it smells divine!
