G20 Osaka: Theresa May's Week

From PMQs to the G20 in Osaka, here's a recap of Theresa May's week.

On Monday, Theresa May hosted a reception for diabetes charities at Number 10. May wore her orange Nehru jacket by Daniel Blake.

On Tuesday, the PM welcomed the President of Iraq to Number 10. May wore her blue Orchid skirt suit by Daniel Blake, teaming it with the Rosehip kitten heels from Russell & Bromley.

On Wednesday, May took part in PMQs before heading off to the G20 in Osaka, Japan. She turned to Blake again, wearing her grey pinstripe suit and black kitten heels.

Flying overnight to Japan, the Mays arrived in Osaka. Rainy weather didn't dampen spirits, and May wore her Herno raincoat over a her blue military knotch Daniel Blake jacket, a red scarf and her leopard Charlotte Olympia kitten heels.

And on Friday, May met with world leaders including Prime Minister Abe and President Trump. The PM wore her orange Daniel Blake skirt suit and a pair of black kitten heels.

And on Friday, the PM attended the second day of the G20 Summit. She wore her black and white patterned Amanda Wakeley jacket, black trousers and her leopard Charlotte Olympia Kitty heels. 



PMQs and the EU: Theresa May's Week

From the weekly PMQs session to a trip to Brussels, here's a recap of Theresa May's week.

On Monday, the Prime Minister was announced more support for mental health services, and held a roundtable with mental health and community leaders.

She also welcomed Afghanistan's President to Number 10 and Colombia's President - a busy day for diplomatic affairs! The PM wore her new baby blue trouser suit from Daniel Blake, teaming it with the leopard Kitty kitten heels from Charlotte Olympia and an oversized necklace.

On Wednesday, the PM attended Prime Minister's Questions. It was back to a classic outfit, with May wearing a navy shift dress, teal coat from Hobbs and navy kitten heels from Russell & Bromley. She also debuted a new oversized blue necklace. Colour coordination at its best!

And on Thursday, May attended a memorial service for Lord Haywood at Westminster Abbey with four former Prime Minister's. She wore her cobalt Amanda Wakeley dress (available here!) navy kitten heels from Russell & Bromley and the BallsMania seasonal necklace from Mirta Bijoux.


Later in the day May flew to Brussels for an EU Council meeting.

TechEast and Geneva: Theresa May's Week

From opening London Tech Week to delivering a speech on modern slavery in Geneva, here's a recap of Theresa May's week.

Monday saw the PM address the London Tech Week conference. May wore her ice blue blazer and the metallic blue Mirta Bijoux Balls necklace and bracelet.

On Tuesday the PM was in Geneva to deliver a speech at the ILO International Labour Conference on ending modern slavery. May wore her navy Escada skirt suit with a garnet jewelled necklace and the Curve heels from Russell & Bromley. She also met with the Prime Minister of Nepal at Number 10.

On Wednesday May visited Imperial College as part of the announcement that the UK government will commit to the target to end the country’s contribution to climate change to almost zero by 2050.

Later in the day she took part in the weekly Prime Minister's Questions. She wore her navy Military Knotch jacket from Daniel Blake.

And on Thursday we had a new outfit debut! May wore an acid yellow blouse from Daniel Blake, pairing it with a black and grey tailored coat from the London designer.



Theresa May's New Mirta Bijoux Necklace

We know that Theresa May has many Mirta Bijoux necklaces in her wardrobe, and she's added a new one!

The Italian brand has aptly named the collection after the Prime Minister, and May has worn the new oval shaped necklace in bright blue several times over the past few weeks. Theresa May's Week: Marking D Day 75 and President Trump's Visit

The Prime Minister was in Portsmouth and Normandy this week to mark the 75th Anniversary of the D Day Landings. Here's a recap of her week.

On Monday, the Prime Minister welcomed President Trump to London on the first day of his state visit. Meeting at Buckingham Palace for the state dinner, May wore a black evening gown by Amanda Wakeley. We last saw this in 2016 - and with a back zip and intricate cut out detailing it is certainly a stand-out piece! The PM teamed it with a gold clutch bag and red suede heels.


On Tuesday, May hosted President Trump at Number 10. The President and Prime Minister attended a roundtable with business leaders before holding a joint press conference. Following this they visited the Churchill War Rooms.  May wore her bright blue Orchid skirt suit from Daniel Blake, the Amanda Wakeley oversized silver chain necklace and bracelet and the Rosebud kitten heels from Russell & Bromley.

Later in the evening May attended a black tie dinner at the American Ambassador's Residence.

And on Wednesday, May travelled to Portsmouth for the first part of the D Day 75 commemorations. May wore a white shift dress and a new piece by Daniel Blake - the Notch Collar Coat, in Wool Herringbone, Angelica Green. She debuted a new fascinator from Liz Felix and accessorised with a pair of snakeskin kitten heels.



Waving off the veterans as they sailed to Normandy, May wore another new Blake creation - a baby blue pantsuit. We love it!



On Thursday the PM remained in Normandy, laying the cornerstone of the British Normandy Memorial in Ver-sur-Mer. She also visited the Bayeux Cemetery, participating in a memorial service and meeting veterans. May wore an ivory and white Amanda Wakeley linen dress and jacket, and the ivory Rosebud kitten heels from Russell & Bromley. She wore another hat by Liz Felix.
