More Brexit: Theresa May's Week

This week saw more votes on Brexit- and a week in Parliament for Theresa May. Here's a recap.

On Monday, the PM updated the House on the EU Council meeting. May wore her pale blue blazer with a navy skirt and the Humbug kitten heels from Russell & Bromley. She also wore a new Balls necklace from Mirta Bijoux- this time in a metallic blue.

And on Wednesday, May was in the House for Prime Minister's Questions. She wore her navy Escada skirt suit, accessorising with a garnet coloured necklace and the red suede kitten heels from LK Bennett.

Friday saw Meaningful Vote 2.5 - and May was in the Chamber to close the debate. She wore a red jersey dressing and a camel MaxMara blazer - and the red patent LK Bennett kitten heels.

Theresa May A-Z: F is for Fluidity

The main source of Theresa May’s awesome wardrobe can be found in the quintessential English town of Henley on Thames. The Fluidity boutique stocks many of the Prime Minister’s brands such as Amanda Wakeley, Etro and MaxMara, and May has been a customer of Fluidity for many years. Just down the road from her home in Sonning, May shops at Fluidity under the radar- although she has been snapped a few times with a number of shopping bags!

Budget and Bold for Change: Theresa May's Week

Budget day and a trip to Brussels- this one was a busy one for our Prime Minister.

On Monday, Theresa May visited the King's College London Mathematics School to announce more than half a billion pounds of investment to create new free schools, including grammars, and refurbish existing school buildings. Chancellor Philip Hammond's Budget included £320 million to help fund up to 140 new schools, creating more than 70,000 new places.

On her visit to King's, the PM wore a stylish brown weave blazer, black trousers and accessorised with an oversized necklace.

On Wednesday, the Prime Minister attended Prime Minister's Questions and also the Budget. Wearing our favourite navy suit, May chose the Twister block heels, baby blue bag from LK Bennett and a new camel overcoat for her day in the Commons.

In the evening, the PM hosted an International Women's Day reception at Downing Street.

On Thursday, the Prime Minister attended the dedication and unveiling of the Iraq and Afghanistan Memorial in Whitehall. Wearing a black Amanda Wakeley dress, grey Escada blazer, Liz Felix hat, Amanda Wakeley bag and the Saucy pumps from Russell & Bromley, May paid her respects alongside members of the Royal Family and other dignitaries.

From here, May headed to a European Council meeting in Brussels. She switched her shoes, opting for the Caroline Issa x LK Bennett embroidered pumps and the Coup de Fouet Hermes scarf.

The Great Theresa May Clothes Mystery: SOLVED

Theresa May has an awesome wardrobe but identifying some of the pieces can prove to be a tricky challenge! I recently located what seem to be a few of her favourite items, and we've seen her wear them several times over the past several weeks.

Without further ado, here is the great reveal...

Theresa May's new padded jacket is a super essential for all the cold weather we've been having in the UK! The black down cropped jacket is by Italian brand Herno. It's famous for its range of fashion-forward outerwear, and prides itself on exquisite workmanship and excellent taste.

The cropped version of a down coat is really cute, and I love how this particular style has an elevated collar to keep out the cold. Good choice Prime Minister!

Herno also has a range of other amazing down jackets and coats. There are too many cool styles to choose from, but these items would be right up Theresa May's street!

In late December 2016, the Prime Minister travelled to Bahrain to attend a meeting of the Gulf Co-operation Council. She wore a chic pink cotton blend tweed coat, with frayed pocket detailing and concealed button fastening. With so many great versions at other May approved retailers, locating it was a bit of a challenge! But I am pleased to say this trans seasonal piece is from Max Mara Weekend. A matching dress is also available.

Staying with our winter theme, the PM was snapped at her local parish church in casual wear. A change from the usual Amanda Wakeley sharp suiting, May wore this khaki jumper from Etro. It's also on sale!
