I recently read this great article on The Levo League encouraging individuals to press the reset button continuing their professional development this Fall.
Continuing to build on your skills, as well as embracing new ones is particular in all professional fields. I sign up for as many relevant and interesting training sessions available at work, and have recently taken on new commitments in my spare time.
It is refreshing to try something new, opening our minds to skills we may not have previously considered. So if your employer offers courses find out more, or research what your local community has to offer. Turn over a new leaf this Fall!

As some reviewers have noted, this book is a bit judgmental towards extroverted folks, but still contains a lot of interesting and useful points about introverts and the importance of time alone to be creative and innovative.
