The President and First Lady meet with Queen Sonja, King Harald, Crown Princess Mette-Marit and Crown Prince Haakon of Norway at the Royal Palace before departing for the Nobel Peace Prize Ceremony. The First Lady paired a vibrant chartreuse dress and coat with a soft yellow cardigan by Nina Ricci. The cardigan, was of course last seen at the Presidents' Inauguration.
