Secretary of State Hillary Clinton hosts a Gala Dinner at the State Department in honor of the 2009 recipients of the award. The Honorees are: Robert de Niro, Bruce Springsteen, Grace Bumbry, Dave Brubeck and Mel Brooks.The ceremony from the Kennedy Center will be broadcast on CBS December 29th.
