Former Secretary of State Colin Powell had his State Department portrait unveiled on Monday 7th December. Accompanied by his wife Alma, the unveiling took place in the Benjamin Franklin Room with current Secretary of State, Hillary Clinton. Powell served as Secretary of State under George W Bush from 2001-2005.
